About
Far North is a creative studio and exploratory practice led by Creative Director Alexandra Liljebladh, working at the intersection of expressive design, visual systems, and narrative-driven experiences.
Alexandra brings a multidisciplinary background spanning brand and product-adjacent design, interactive and immersive environments, motion, and visual storytelling. Her work is guided by a holistic approach — balancing conceptual exploration with structured thinking to create ideas that are emotionally resonant, coherent, and scalable across platforms.
Over the past 15 years, Alexandra has collaborated with cultural institutions, global brands, and technology teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging design systems and experiences. Her work includes interactive exhibitions and installations for institutions such as M+ Museum in Hong Kong and the Louis Armstrong House Museum in New York, as well as brand and visual system development for organizations including Meta and Bonobos.
Far North operates as a flexible studio model, collaborating closely with in-house teams and a curated network of partners depending on the scope and needs of each project. Engagements range from embedded creative support and senior creative leadership to focused, time-bound project work.
Each project is approached as both creative exploration and system-building — shaping visual languages, workflows, and narratives that bring clarity, cohesion, and long-term value.
Alexandra’s work has reached millions of people across cultural institutions, brand platforms, and digital publications, with projects spanning over 50 initiatives in collaboration with more than 30 organizations. She has also been invited to share her work and perspectives with emerging creatives through talks, programs, and industry forums.
Create & Accelerate
Alongside studio work, Alexandra also runs Create & Accelerate, an educational platform and YouTube channel exploring modern creative workflows, expressive design, and systems-driven approaches to creative work. Insights from ongoing studio projects and research inform the content shared there, bridging hands-on practice with teaching and thought leadership.
